The mean follow-up length of time of BURNIA had been significantly smaller than OPEN for bilateral and unilateral repairs, respectively (32.5 ± 8.8 vs. 45.4 ± 4.8months, p < 0.01) (30.2 ± 8.8 vs. 39.1 ± 9.6months, p < 0.01). No transformation was required in BURNIA. There were no problems with no recurrence in most customers.
